"Purchased some air lines for our shop after hearing the sales pitch over the phone. The lines warped and split after 2 months of use, and because they gave me a "discount" to make the sale, they wouldn't warranty the product. Don't waste your time or money."

"Same as the rest of the reviews. Everyone there are liars, they cold call you hounding you to try their air hoses, free of charge of course and if you don't like them you don't have to pay for them. They lie and tell you that you told them you were very satisfied even though you literally told them their hoses are over priced junk that you can buy anywhere else for a 1/4 of what they want to charge. After you tell them you don't want them they threaten you with collections. Now they send me a "Settlement Offer" where they removed all their B.S Fees. My nearly $350 bill for 2 air hoses is now $125. Still not going to pay it, send me a return label and ill return the hoses, i will not pay for a label when your company cold called us and forced your "free" hoses on us with a "100% satisfaction guarantee" This company should be shut down preying on businesses like they do. Everyone who works here should be ashamed."

If you do not buy their products they will leave very negative reviews on your page. **Update** In reply to the response received April 30, 2024 regarding the negative review we received after not buying your product. "I am in the same situation as all these other poor reviews. They call and offer a FREE air hose to try and then weeks later want paid a ridiculous amount collected for the FREE product. Same story here, B.S. phone call with a follow-up Email to confirm, that we never responded to. Now want me to pay to return them or go to collections. Well bring it on! Ruby can yell all she want to, but I do not give in to liars."

"Liars, will not honor their warranty. Do not buy anything from these people. Your response is typical of liars and thief's. Look up my account and refund my extremely high-priced hose reel that was supposed to be lifetime warranty. Instead, you don't answer my calls and won't return them. If customer satisfaction was a priority, you would have already contacted me to schedule the warranty refund. I will be waiting, most likely indefinitely. Still a dishonest company and will continue to update my review until its resolved."
