"Hands down best Marine parts store around!! Their customer service is Probably some of the best customer service I’ve ever received out of any retail store and all industries across the board. The guys here at Beacon always go above and beyond to make sure you leave happy with the exactly what you are looking for. And if they do not have it they can usually get it for you by the next day. The difference between going to Beacon and going to a “corporation chain store” is when you go to Beacon they have knowledge and FRIENDLY Staff that actually know what they are talking about Unlike when you go to that other “big marine store” you are dealing with clueless kids right out of high school being paid minimum wage who don’t even know the difference between an inboard and outboard. As far as I’m concerned this is the only and best Marine shop in town!! If I could give them more than five stars I would because they definitely deserve it. These guys are rock stars!!!"
