"This store is located in a residential area, and there were no signs indicating that we could try on wedding dresses there. I arrived ahead of the scheduled time, but the door was locked, and no one answered my calls. After waiting in the wind and rain for nearly ten minutes, I gave up. Later, the owner contacted us, but she did not express any apology. It was a very disappointing experience."

"Julia wasn’t there for our appointment and her mom didn’t know how to put on dresses. Only had a small collection that was in the basement and was super hot. Men’s selection was also small. Bad service. Don’t recommend coming here."

"Worst experience. When arriving, Julia’s parents greeted us in Mandarin. Julia failed to notify us she would not be present and her mother would be leading the meeting, which is extremely unprofessional. Her mother asked me to try on any dress. She did not seem to understand how to tie up the dress properly and simply stated, “the dress is too small, this area of your body is too fat” (in mandarin). For context, I’m 5’3” and 110 pds. Upon finding a much larger dress to try, she tied it very loosely. I asked why it was tied so loosely. She said on your wedding day, of course it would be tied tighter. Is the point of the fitting not to represent, as best as possible, what I would look like on my wedding day? I could not get out of there fast enough. The entire experience, including the fat shaming, was just completely awful and I would not wish this on anyone."
