"honestly, I came here a couple times took my clothes here. It’s OK. today I took a big bag of clothes and I’m pretty sure this girl working there was new she never called me to come pick up my clothes. I had to go there after three hours of having my clothes there she took more than 10 pairs of my clothes and only gave me $34. when I come home, I realize some of my pants are missing and I went through the clothes that she bought from me and they weren’t in there and I looked in my bag that she said no too and they weren’t in there so now I’m thinking if she took any of my other clothes that she did not give me money for honestly I’m probably not gonna come here again. I’m gonna call this store tomorrow in the morning because they’re closed but now I know there’s thieves at that store."

"Ever since this place changed ownership, prices got higher, buyback got lower, the customer service is snobby, off putting and generally not welcoming. The points rewards are considerably less as well. I used to love shopping here but now I get disappointed every time. It’s not worth a visit, you can find same stuff at goodwill and Salvation Army… Notice the empty parking lot at 11:30 am on a Saturday. Edit: I may have been a bit harsh regarding the employees. Generally speaking they’re fine. One or two may be a bit off putting but overall I don’t have proof of rudeness, it’s just an uncomfortable feeling I get when I’m there. In response to owner’s response; no, I’m sorry there’s nothing much you can do to entice me back into your store. You have lots of new shoppers, and plenty of good reviews so I don’t doubt you will be successful. My gripe comes from knowing how much I used to like it and now I just don’t even enjoy going in there; like I get kinda mad. Your girls are friendly enough and I don’t have any examples of rudeness or wrong-doing, like I said, they are textbook employees. I just don’t feel happy when I’m there and when I leave with a bag of clothes I don’t feel excited or fulfilled."
