"You guys it always pays to say something. I saw a email on 50 % off everything but I didn’t go any further than that that it was online only. I went to the store didn’t see any signage so when I tried on the bras, I double checked the website and saw it was online only . I put the bras back on the rack and advise the person behind the counter that we purchasing online because I didn’t fully read the email and they both said no problem they can accommodate me and honor the sale . Really appreciate you guys doing that ."

"Good service and great deals. However some deals are via from internet. There are also some deals that you won't know they are offering until you have a membership with them. Then via messages by phone or by email you are said these deals. Like the one deal about 5 for $35 and get 5 free, thus making it 10 for $35"

I went yesterday to pickup some things that I order online (because the COVID-19 I found myself order online which I don't like to do it since I like to try the clothes that I'm buying). I arrived this branch, Carmen helped me to received my package and even offer me to try it on just to check that I order the right things... Good that she offer that since I order totally something different than what I'm using usually. She immediately helped me to fix the problem and I ended leaving their store with a big smile and very satisfied!!! Maria, the store manager also got to the picture and helped a lot!!
