"Hiring JRT , their options and availability were good at the beginning. After that it went downhill- roof installation was poor, took way longer than promised, very little communication. We hired them first days of April 24 and until today, 7/24 , it is not finished. We need new skylights and they have been saying “installation in 2 weeks “ for 2 months. There are certainly better options in the market."
