I also had visible termite damage on my facia and was unsure how bad it was until they took the tile off...Jim's crew replaced A LOT of wood and facia for a fair price. They went above ad beyond on the whole job! Great group of guys, respectful and cleaned up everyday when they left. I got 5 estimates and Jim Thomas was the best. Jim himself is such a nice and honest guy. 5 stars!! Its nice to hire someone and they actually do a good job!!"

"Jim Thomas re roofed my whole roof after the last contractor roofed it 5 years previously. The first roofing contractor totally messed up My roof only even 5 years! Jim was so great. Roof is now 7 years old and NO ISSUES! Jim did a great job. Jim and Cordell were both great. I was looking for his number for my sister's roof as she needs work. Thought I would leave a review."

"Wow! Just got off the phone with Cordell!!!! He was really defensive and argumentative from the start as soon as I had an issue with a past job, 4 years ago. If I was a new customer he probably would come right out in a heart beat, but for a past customer it was an effort. He was obstructionistic from the beginning wanting to talk to an Air conditioning workman that said my roof had soft spots and was cushy. I said the AC guy was not a roofer and from Cordell’s attitude, I didn’t want to subject the AC guy to his abusive behavior anyway. For sure he would just argue with the AC guy! He maintained that he wouldn’t come out just because someone commented on my roof. He called me passive aggressive, and would want to talk to the AC guy first. No one would ever call me passive!!!!! As for the aggressive, I by think he was referring to himself!!! I ended by saying, either say you will come and stand by your work and check it out or say you will not. There was a long silence and he hung up on me. Do you want to do business with a Company that responds to you like that??? I guess if there are no complaints your in the clear but if you have a complaint you’re screwed! I’m calling another roofer to check it out."
