"Sorry for this I wanted to like this company. I am an owner of a small local business. I waited and gave them so many opportunities. So first of all my salesman left or was fired whatever it was. No one contacted me for over a month. Finally a manager replied to one of my many attempts to get answers. Started moving the project forward apparently the pricing was incorrect and my cost increased a few thousand. Was promised that sub contractors were not used by this company a lie. I was willing to pay a lot extra to avoid subcontractors but I was told I would have to wait an extra 2 months if I didn’t want subs. Had to help guide them through the inspection as they failed the first time out. At this point I was offered a gift card for all my inconvenience. Never saw it even called to speak with a representative who said she would help yeah sure nothing. After everything was said and done 5 months after installation I have a panel that has failed. They have sent 4 technicians out and 5 months later nothing. I don’t even get a call. Last time I was told they needed approval to replace from the manufacturer. I have called twice and was told they would look into it but nothing. So now I have a system not even a year old under producing and having to pay for electricity. Wow talk about a company to big for it’s own good. I always have them the opportunity to make things right and they can’t do it. I was willing to walk away and not leave a review but this is to much all they had to do is replace the panel and have the manufacturer reimburse them later. But they are quick to take your money."

"Semper Solaris is a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ company! Here is why... ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ TEAM Bob King - honest sale rep Eddie Limon - communicative and responsive field superintendent Allan Aguayo - communicative and responsive project mamager Our story... We needed a new roof and considered solar. Hounded by several solor companies, we got 2 quotes before talking to Semper Solaris. We contacted Bob King from Semper Solaris as a recommendation from a good friend. He was openly honest about the new solar rate egulations and at one point said he didn't beleive he could save us money on our electricty, said he didn't feel good about selling us something that we could not benefit from and to just look at completing the roof. Long story short, the deadline to turn in applications for solor be under the old rate plan was the day we sat down to talk to Bob. We crunched numbers and came to a working solution with a smaller amount of panels that would benefit us on the electricty side and a new roof. At the end of the day, Bob was able to push our application through THE SAME DAY, locking us in at the old rates. He never made us any promises but said he would try so we could get a bigger savings on our electricy bill. Our regret was not talking to Bob FIRST and locking in a contract with more solar panels with bigger benefits. In additon to Bob's complete honesty, Semper's prices on a complete new roof was the least expensive bid with quality materials. It was a no brainer to go with Semper Solaris. I am so glad to have gone with Semper. The roofing project was done in 4 days! The field superintendent, Eddie Limon and project manager, Allan Aguayo, communicated with me daily on the progress of the roof. The workers arrived early and began work immediately. They worked non stop. My yard and patios were clean each day."
