The estimate included everything the scope of the work itemized the materials used all insurance an license info. The communication could a have been a little better. there was a delay in starting due to the city backlogged with permits. i had to call a few times to check the status but once they started it was on. Quoted me a week and a half and finished in 3 days. My biggest complaint is that they forgot to tell me they were done! I also like that the company is female owned."
