"horrible-unprofessional-LOUD and sloppy-put stained, dirty tile in my kitchen and stained, dirty vinyl (gross) in my bathroom and tried to convince me it was 'brand new'...i breathed in so much 'BAD STUFF' from the kitchen remodel where (plastic partition) was just hanging between kitchen and rest of apt. and you could actually see the stuff floating in the air-in all my electronics and in 'ME'....they talked to me like i was just an 'ignorant senior'...i'm a senior but far from ignorant-they lie to you about times and when they'll be in 'your' apartment to the point-you can't count on them at all-this is apartment remodel being done while we live here an it's been 'a new kind of hell'"
