"Thank you to the ECOSmart Builders team for their guidance, support, and well-run ADU building coordination. I work from home and needed a place of my own, on site. Freddie sat down with me and we planned out my vision of an ideal ADU, utilizing my garage space. I was able to choose the appliances including: refrigerator, microwave, gas stove, kitchen sink, washer and dryer, among other detailed features to match my color scheme preference. The outcome is spot-on. But most importantly for me, Freddie was able to include a beautiful bathtub to the design. My existing house does not have a bathtub and my finished ADU has now become my sanctuary. I will never be able to thank my daughter Shannon enough. She previously worked for the company and advised me that this was the group to go with. Thank you to Freddie, Lupe, Jackie, Xavier, and all of the other quality members of the crew! It’s been life-changing!"

Glendale is not an easy city to build in and EcoSmart did an admirable job working with the City to acquire our necessary permits, meet their unique requirements, and pass all the inspections. If there were any cost overages due to the City's requirements or additional requests from us, they promptly provided cost estimates. EcoSmart responded immediately to our texts and emails and resolved any issues that came up quickly and responsively. We’re enjoying our ADU very much."
