"I have created a service request to First American Home warranty for 'water shut off valve is not working for Master bathroom's toilet'. First american home warranty assigned G&G Construction company to fix this service request. G&G construction company looked at it and they denied the service due to accident. I did not understand, what accident they were referring and there was no accident there and i never had any accidents in bathroom toilet shut off valve. The house is 40years old and i moved in 5 years ago. During this 5 years, i never changed this shut off valve. Then, what are the talking about accident. I am suspecting that, G&G construction deliberately denying my service. I never trust G&G construction company."
"Not able to fix water leaking issue. The sink faucet has pipe to the wall and at the close to the wall, there's clearly water dripping. They charged the fee and not able to fix it. Instead, they claim that the sink is not up to code and need to fix the sink which they can't do. Don't understand why they are doing the way they do, but to me, it is not acceptable. Perhaps it is due to this is going through the home warranty and they try not to do anything if possible. I wouldn't use them in the future nor the First American Home Warranty."

"Worst company I have dealt with in my whole life. My repair was super simple, nothing big or complicated. faucet leak. The guy who showed up was a joke, he didnt even have a screwdriver on him, not even a pen in his hand. looked at the faucet for 30 secs, went outside to his car and came back saying its broken inside....I looked at him and said how do you know its broken inside if you didnt even tried to look where the leak is or even tried to open the water supply. Seriously....! he left and I was laughing. Never seen anyone so lazy. Just billing hours to his employer and no work! Stay away from this company!"
