"Irresponsible and unprofessional. Roofing work on my neighborhoods home was awful. Cheated an elderly couple out of money by lying to them. Told them they had termites, when it was just dry rotted wood. Caused leakage through home by not covering roof when it rained before they finished. Roof job was poor and they are still experiencing water damage in their garage. This was so sad as the husband was experiencing medical problems and died within months. They did not need this unnecessary stress and expense. Also when I called them to possibly repair their garage, the man who answered told me I could not speak to the owner and hung up on me."
