"We hired Unique Remodeling to do an entire gut renovation of our house which included knocking down walls to open up a kitchen, creating a new bedroom out of a 2nd floor den, and completely changing the layout of two bathrooms. I worked directly with Effie who was the day to day lead on the project. Overall, I am very happy with the end result for the price we paid and am giving a 5 star rating based on value, responsiveness, and honesty. Before hiring Effie and his team I got quotes from 3 contractors, Unique Remodeling wasn't the cheapest but they were much less than the most expensive. I hired Effie because it was clear that he had deep experience actually doing the work. Most other contractors walked through and said they could do everything I wanted but Effie offered very clear feedback on certain design choices that he knew would be problematic (he was right). Overall, it was a pleasure working with Effie and his team. Like any big project, there were a few delays and mistakes along the way. And I told Effie he needs to hire a few more good project managers to make sure work gets coordinated better. But the important thing to me was that Effie was always highly responsive, quick to take accountability for any mistakes that popped up and re-do anything we weren't 100% satisfied with. And most importantly, Effie and his team delivered a quality end product, on budget, without any unexpected cost overruns. If you are looking for an honest contractor at a reasonable price, I highly recommend Unique Remodeling."

"Five stars is not enough to show how satisfied we were with Unique Remodeling's job. I am a product designer and have to admit that I am a very picky detailed person. Throughout the entire construction, Effie and Omer were very understanding and flexible with me. It seems they are working on their own house. Our remodeling was a kind of a big job. The whole process was not easy but they supported us every stage and every corner of the project such as meeting with the architect and inspector, finding the right materials and so on. "Unique Remodeling is fantastic! We had them redo our vintage 1976 kitchen and not only are the results stunning, we were very pleased with Effie and Omer's comprehensive, thorough and meticulous approach to everything. Effie managed the day-to-day work of the project, bringing in various workers for each step. Every operation was performed smoothly and efficiently; demolition was quick and fast with cleanup that was thorough and professional. Each subsequent phase of the work was done quickly and correctly. The workers - Daniel, Rodrigo and more - all really knew their stuff! Omer visited just about every day, checking over the work. Very often he identified small but important issues that needed to be addressed; he was like the 'fresh pair of eyes' that looks over the work. He caught a lot of small but important things just at the right time. Unique Remodeling said the project would take three weeks, and it did. Throughout they were very proactive, great at communicating, courteous and pleasant. It was a great experience having them work on our house; we would recommend them enthusiastically to anyone."

"We hired Omer and Effie to redo the outside of our house, which needed a lot of stucco repair, a fresh coat of paint, facia board painting (and some replacement), and new rain gutters. They also installed a new front door for us and we are super happy with the results! It looks great, and the crew always went out of their way to make us happy by doing additional little things that they noticed could use attention and always cleaning up after themselves. Both Omer and Essie were very responsive and no matter how many times I came back with little nitpicky things to fix, they would send someone quickly and without complaint. Also they were reasonably priced, especially for the level of service, which made us happy :)"

"We just finished a bathroom remodel with Unique Remodeling, and couldn't be happier! This was our first major remodel, so we needed a little extra guidance - especially when it came to design, choosing fixtures, etc. Omer and Effie were the perfect team for us. They took care of everything - explained our choices, brought us tile samples, pulled all the permits, advised us on ideal lighting, and drove around LA to pick up the exact shower head we wanted. We were so impressed with their responsiveness - they were in constant contact via email, text, and phone. They didn't let anything lag. Either Omer or Effie was at our home every single day checking the workers progress. We were picky about the details, as anyone would be who pays quite a bit to remodel would be! Omer was exceptionally patient with us, and kept working until we were fully satisfied. We really appreciated that Omer and Effie kept our project on time and on budget. Ultimately, the project ran behind due to a delayed vanity order, but it wasn't anybody's fault. In fact, they called Home Depot relentlessly on our behalf to try to speed up the delivery! Unique Remodeling is not the cheapest - but we picked them because we trusted them. It was totally the right decision. They gave us the bathroom we'd been dreaming of, with almost no stress to us.
