Our Leadership

Founded by Jason Andreoli, The Build Firm embodies a unique blend of mechanical expertise and construction prowess. Jason's journey from BMW mechanic with the LA Sheriff’s Department to a superbike racing school instructor laid the foundation for his transition into the construction industry. His diverse background ensures innovative, customized solutions for every project, whether residential or commercial.

Joining Jason is Matt, our Managing Partner, who brings over 25 years of diverse creative experience. With a BFA in Fine Arts from the University of Texas at Austin and a successful career as an Art Director in TV and Film, Matt has driven growth at The Build Firm through his creative vision and executive acumen. His work with pioneering new media startup Maker Studios—culminating in a Disney acquisition—underscores his ability to lead and innovate.

We handle design, build, elevations, scheduling, and estimating, ensuring every detail is covered.

Throughout the construction phase, we manage quality control, safety, and subcontractors, guaranteeing a seamless experience. Upon completion, you will receive a Certificate of Occupancy, confirming that all changes meet code standards, along with a one-year warranty on all work completed.
