"It's hard to go wrong with pizza. So where did Simple Simon's go wrong? My delivery driver was incredibly rude and unprofessional, for starters. She parked in front of the wrong house, I thought she'd deliver my food to the wrong place. She tried to coerce me into paying a tip, despite the fact the receipt she was actively reading from clearly listed a 15% tip. She offered peppers, but gave me parmesan instead. Then there's the food itself. The food is actually fine, my calzone was pretty good. It was cut up like cheap breadsticks, sloppy and uneven, but it did taste good. I ordered alpine cheesy sticks, too, and there's no difference between them and ordinary cheesy sticks, so I don't understand why they make it sound special like that. Unless I didn't get the right cheesy sticks. There was a sandwich, too. It had bacon, but the bacon was on the side and not cut properly, very inconvenient, I had to get my hand a little greasy just to finish putting my food together, which is something that should've been done before the sandwich ever left the store."

"Will not honor coupon even when it has not expired. Says it is good for this restaurant? Also said can only make certain products not all on meau is available. Not very friendly at all!"

"Had the lunch buffet with family and friends and it was great. Wish they had put fresh pizza out quicker, especially dessert as we waited for a long while on options. All tasted great over all and staff was friendly."
