"Brad and his crew added nearly 600 square feet to an existing ADU in our backyard in Capitola. They worked though the harshest winter the Central Coast had seen in many years but managed to protect their work and our existing structure, all while staying on schedule. It was a pleasure to work with Brad and his crew who were timely, friendly and always responsive to our concerns or inquiries. We truly couldn't be happier with our "Bauman Built Bungalow"."

"In 2022, Brad Bauman and his team did a complete remodel of our upstairs (living room, fireplace, kitchen, master bath, ½ bath, all new flooring, drywall, electrical, and interior painting). Brad and his team were extremely professional, friendly, courteous, clean, and punctual. Brad did an excellent job communicating what work would be done each week, if there would be any disruptions in power or water to the home, or if he would need access to downstairs where we were living. Brad did an incredible job sticking to our budget and timeline. All of his subcontractors did amazing quality work, were punctual and efficient. Brad and his team were very mindful that we had small children and a dog running around and always left the job site clean and free of any nails/screw, etc. We are type A perfectionist and the quality of work was superb. The few times that there were little things that we wanted tweaked, or redone, Brad was very easy to communicate with, understanding and redid the work to the way we wanted it. He was very friendly and patient with us. Working with Brad and his team was a wonderful experience. I recommend him highly and I know we will be contacting him when it is time to remodel our downstairs."
