"This restaurant offers an experience many in Minneapolis do not! It is one of my favorite places in Minnesota. It is some of the finest high quality fried/seafood in the city! I love being able to sit outside and enjoy food along with the company of others. We went when they opened at 11 Saturday, so no line! Highly recommend for long time residents of the state, or visitors. Don’t pass up taking a nice walk to the waterfall and down to the river when you are finished eating!"

"Nice little spot to sit outdoors and get some seafood, beer and ice cream (note a lot of it is fried)! Had a shrimp po boy and calamari both of which were good, and got to sit outside! The line is long during dinner time on weekends but goes by fast!"

"Located in the heart of Minnehaha Falls Park, Sea Salt is an extraordinary seafood stop that is a must try. Offering a variety of fried seafood and fresh fare, Sea Salt has a little something for everyone. They also offer a variety of local and select taps and drinks for those needing any liquid libations. We opted for the fried fish basket, side of fries, and crab cake sandwich. Everything was cooked perfectly, and the flavor was great. We were especially surprised by the amount of portion sizes. My fried fish basket included 4 large pieces of fish, coleslaw, and a generous slice of melon. Make sure to enjoy your meal on the airy patio overlooking the busy park. If you need some shade, they do offer indoor seating. Don't miss your shot with this big catch. If I could give it a 10, I would!"

"Don’t let the line scare you, you can grab a drink while you wait and it only took 14 minutes to get to the front where a smiling cashier took our order. We found a table where we could hear the crashing water and in less than 10 minutes our delicious food arrived, another smiling employee. We had the shrimp po boy that had a little zip and toasted bun. A really good crab cake that was more crab than cake. And mahi tacos that were perfectly cooked. Nice beer and wine selections as well as NA options. They also have ice cream for purchase but we were full so we’ll try that next time."

"One of my favorite experiences during the warmer seasons in MN. Really need to get here before about quarter after 5pm on a weekday to mostly avoid the wait. Food took about 30 minutes to come out. I'm still impressed by how these people end up finding your numbers at your table. The poboys are just as tasty as ever but the bun has changed a bit this year and is smaller and softer. Portions are good. We tried the bowl of jambalaya which was fine but probably not worth the price we paid. I appreciate that they add a 10% service charge to all orders and there is no additional tipping prompt."
