"None of the touch screens worked to order at the dining area outside with the tables, the drive thru line was long and took a long time, I had originally heard people complaining outside they have been waiting for 30min. The girl at the drive thru had an attitude and the look on her face like we were annoying her just to order our food. People were literally parked in the drive thru waiting and the food was horrible. Will not be returning and wouldn't recommend this place, it tastes like cafeteria food at best with bad service."

"The Sonic in Duarte is slow to bring out a mobile order. It takes another 20 minutes to bring the order. Can understand when it's crowded that there can be delays but it is not always the case on the weekdays. Have seen them bring out orders to those who arrived after I did."

"Ordered on app as that is always much easier. No option on the app to order to outside table have to order to order stall which we didn’t park at an order stall so that is an oversight. Food was fine it’s Sonic. But the real issue I asked for a refill and they brought it out covered in soda it was wet over the entire cup. I don’t know how any person could make a cup that wet without trying to be a terrible person, see the photo. I first took the issue to the app but no one responded so as well they do not seem to care about their service even when told about it."

"As a huge fan of Sonic breakfast burritos, I was excited to get one in the late hour. I waited a bit for my order via drive thru. When I got home to enjoy my burrito , I found out there was no scrambled eggs, where was the sausage. I unwrapped that burrito and found this circular burnt flaky thing - no egg. I paid 5.39 for this. Come on Sonic- you can do better. The staff working there were definitely not attentive either"
