"Went here the other week to buy a negligee for my friend who was getting married. I wasn't sure what size to get, so I asked the sales associate if I could just buy two different sizes and then return the one that didn't fit. She said no problem. I came back yesterday to return the negligee that didn't work out and the manager told me that there are no returns, only exchanges. She was super rude to me and had zero customer service skills. She is definitely in the wrong business, and obviously has also done a horrible job training her associates. Now I have $50 to spend there and I don't even want to go back and patronize this place. I knew I should have just gone to Victoria's Secret. P.S. I tried to return the item last week and the door was locked, in the middle of the day during business hours. The Fed Ex guy was also there trying to deliver something. I went to Trader Joe's and then came back 45 minutes later and it was still locked. Not very professional."

Her suggestions were all to my likeness and did not see as she was pushing products that I did not want. I went to the location in the evening time by myself and felt very comfortable and safe. The store is adequately set up for COVID regulation. Will return again for more pleasure items."
