"Visited the store recently while on vacation from London to purchase a belt. I was very impressed with the customer service. The lady that served me was very helpful and polite. Would highly recommend."
"I want to express my gratitude to Lou in sales. She went above and beyond to assist me. She's the best!"
"First off I want to say, I have been wearing and shopping at Polo since I was a kid. have spent tens of thousands of dollars at this particular store but will no longer be going here as of this weekend. I bought a pair of pants the weekend before on late sunday and got home tried them on and wore them long enough to realize they did not fit and I did not like them and took them right off and put them back in the bag. Later I Realized Some how I lost the tag but still have the receipt ,bag and everything else considering it’s just been a few days ago. They verified on the phone that it was no problem ,before I drive up there. So when I get up there the first problem was a short Latina woman with a tattoo on her neck rushes past the 2 Latina girls that were with me to greet some Caucasian people walking into the store. I found this out after we left because The 2 girls that were with me walked in after me so it didn’t appear we were together at first. They also said that as they waited for me in the front of the store they were being stared at and the lady was pretending to fold clothes that were already folded as she kept glancing at them. So I get to the counter attempting to return my item to another clerk and they said sure just go look around in the store for a few while I double check. Which I thought was a bit strange and didn’t want to look around as I was just there and have seen everything already, but I didn’t think anything of it and left my item and receipt on the counter and begin looking around the store. I didn’t expect as an honest customer to be denied services or anything like that. So 5 minutes later the lady with the tattoo on her neck comes up to me as I was looking at stuff I have already seen and explained to me that she is not going to return my item. I respectfully attempted to explain myself and she just ignored the factors and kept denying me. She was very rude, resistant, careless, unprofessional had no desire to hear me out or help me. she told me it was because of the tag and then I said y’all said it was ok over the phone, then she said “oh that the pants looked worn we could never put them back on the shelf” and then when I grabbed the same exact pair of pants off the shelf and asked her to please show me the wear she ignored that and stutteringly states(as if she knew she was wrong) “it’s because it has no tag” , I replied and told her you keep changing the reason and you guys said it was no problem over the phone why is that and then she said oh sometimes we make exceptions and then kept ignoring me and saying no when I asked for an exception simce I was told it was ok over the phone. She gave 0 solutions the whole time. She did not even care to ask what employee gave us the information over the phone, keep in mind I was very respectful the whole time but was a bit shocked. Long story short I was denied return and treated very poorly and handled unreasonably. I felt absolutely horrible as an honest customer of so many years. Leaving that store was very degrading and almost embarrassing that we were handled in such an unprofessional and judgmental way as if we were profiled. To say the least I am extremely disappointed and this is probably the worse ive ever been treated in any store experience of my life. I do not feel comfortable going into that polo store ever again with someone like that representing it. This has been the first issue I have ever had with polo anywhere and have been wearing religiously for 20 years plus. Seems like she had it made up in her mind that either me or the people I was with don’t belong in the store for whatever reason. We were not dressed up we just came literally for the return. This person is a horrible representation for polo Ralph Lauren and if you care about your store/brand and or business I would take care of it. At this point I could care less about the return, It is principal. The photos below are when I put both pairs of pants beside one another and asked her to show me the wear. As you can can see just from the photos they look the same."
"Store pretty small but is beautiful . Employees are really friendly and helpful."
"Very friendly services yet the items are very limited at this location. I always end up coming here and then ordering online or purchasing at Rodeo. Especially if you’re looking for a gift since Rodeo has it all (household items, accessories, neckties, tote etc). It’s better and safer to drive to Rodeo."
