In-N-Out Burger 1275 Dana Drive, Redding, CA 96003

"I ordered at the counter 10:45am Aug 13th. Asked for a Flying Dutchman with whole grilled and order of fries. Total was $9 which had me confused. Didn’t clarify my order before charging me. After receiving the receipt it showed +$2.50 for whole grilled wrap, I did not ask for that. Asked her to correct that as it was not what I asked for, did not offer to refund me, so I asked “you charge for whole grilled onions now” she said yes it’s still the price to add it on. In my decades of eating at in n out I have never heard of such a thing. I look it up and whole grilled onion is supposed to be free to add on a burger. Hope these workers are not doing this to everyone that orders and they just don’t notice. Be wary folks."

"The drive-thru line was long as usual but moved fast. I ordered "the flying duthman" and they got my order exactly how I ordered it. The food was delicious and the 7up was crisp and refreshing. (I love that they serve 7up). The staff was friendly and fast paced."
