"I was not totally impressed with the atmosphere. If you are not the bride they are looking to fit, you don’t feel very welcome. And I wasn’t even the bride. All throughout the consultation the gal that assisted us was very helpful and kind. However, in the background, the other three employees that weren’t helping anyone else were staring, and whispering as if they hated all of the brides choices and disproved of them. The couple requests she had were to have off the shoulder sleeves, a detailed bodice that proofed out before her waist as she isn’t your size 2, 5’3 bride. She needed like a size 20. The dresses that we chose fit that, but the staff picks completely ignored everything she asked for and brought out this dress with shoulder straps and was all white with no detailing. She hated the dress. She knew she would hate it before even trying it on. Unfortunately we did not find a dress here as it felt like they just didn’t have enough options for her. We ended up finding the perfect dress at a different bridal store and were just dissatisfied with the clique-y judgmental environment we were put in."
