"Worlds crappiest airline!"
"I've tried flying out if here on two separate occasions. The first the jet was experiencing mechanical issues. The flight had to be rebooked 3 separate times, only to arrive in DC and realize my bags were still I'm Monterey. This morning some 4 months later, jet throws a code again. Maintenance is not on hand to fix the jet and here we go again. It's something to be said about convenience, when it's convenient. Horrible!!!!"
"Usually they are a good airline, except when you have that nightmare travel experience once a year but that seems to be able to happen on any airline so I don't hold it against them to much. If you have a layover, and you have time to catch an earlier connecting flight than the one you are scheduled on (thereby reducing your layover), they actually don't let you take that flight without paying an extra like $75."
