"The person at the front desk was very nice, but I left without completing my labs because there were 7 people crammed in a tiny room with no ventilation or air filtration, and not a single person (not even the provider) in a mask. No heat running but 10 degrees warmer than outside - disgusting. I’m chronically ill and services here are inaccessible to me because there’s no infection control at all practiced. How insane that a provider of medical services would ensure that ill & disabled patients can’t access care. Update: returned another day as first person in. The phlebotomist was very nice, but when I asked him to put on an appropriate mask and even offered him one (new, individually packaged) in case he did not have one, he refused and told me he didn’t have to wear a mask at all. Really unfortunate that healthcare practitioners would endanger themselves along with their vulnerable patients and actively refuse to do better."
"Best phlebotomist ever! This is my 2nd blood draw here and the gentleman (Ben?) is fabulous, kind and reassuring. I loathe needles, have had some misses and he is exceptional. I was so happy to see he is still here!! Also, easy to schedule an appointment and check-in is a breeze (from your smartphone while you wait in your car OR scan the code at the kiosk in waiting room). Tip: have your work order printed, insurance and ID in hand. In and out in 5 mins. Seriously, this is my go-to for labs!"
"The person who draws blood here is AMAZING!!! I usually have people digging around hoping to find a vein, but never have had a problem here, and I have been going for 5+ years. It's best to make an appointment - especially post-COVID. The last time I had to do a walk-in and it only took about 20 minutes to get in, but I was informed that many people have to wait for an hour or so if they are walk-ins. Note that this office does close for lunch, so check before coming over the lunch break if you are a walk-in. Also, I ALWAYS take a physical print-out of my bloodwork orders to avoid the possibility of a wasted trip."
"Nice guy, but they close from 11 to 1 for lunch, which is different from what is listed on the website (1130-1230),and the scheduling email i was sent just said hours 8 to 330. I showed up just before 1130 and they couldn't see me. Now I have to go back again tomorrow, missing my lunch break once more. It would be nice if the information was more consistent between the platforms. Oh and their lunch hours on their front door say 12pm to 1."
