"You can skate here"

"There were two people standing by the enterance, blocking us from clicking the button that dispenses our ticket. They waved us through and told us to keep driving forward. They advertised 3.25 an hour. I asked them how we were supposed to pay if we didn't get a ticket when we entered. They told us to pay a flat rate at the front desk when we wanted to leave. I asked them how much the flat rate was and they said they didn't know. I went to the front desk to ask how much it would cost but there was no one at the front desk. So I walked back to those two people and I said, how much will the flat rate be when we leave. And this time they said $25. I immediately returned to the car and told my friend to leave. It's impossible to leave if you don't put a ticket in the slot so we drove immediately behind the car in front of us and snuck under the exit bar as it closed. The two people that let us in didn't notice us because they were letting someone else out. We were there for less than four minutes. This feels like a scam."
