Miss J Lashes

"There’s a lot to say but I’m going to keep it brief and short. I only do my lashes with two lash techs there especially yo-yo because she’s good. My problem is when other employees who don’t even do lashes calling customers personal numbers to give threats that’s all. I’ve never seen this instance in a professional business. It sucks because I’ve always treated every lash tech there with respect and tip too. Companies need to start hiring more professional and respectful receptionists or the people that book your appointments. Pretty sure that man blocked my moms and my number from continuing to book here.The actions of this person is very malicious. We liked it here and wanted to keep supporting the business as loyal clients that were coming every 2 weeks. The problem was never with the lash techs it was with him and his unprofessionalism. I hope the business owner can resolve this issue. We’ve never been disrespectful when we’ve been here. Sure there has been frustration with pricing but we still pay and employees need to handle matters with professionalism not by threatening and calling customers personal numbers. The owner is lying. What a disgrace. Saying that we are going to write a bad review is not “threatening” your employee CALLING our personal numbers saying he is going to sue us is THREATENING. My mom never wanted a discount? I beg you guys to post the footage because we never asked for a discount stop lying and making yourself look bad MJ. My mom said the week fill was too expensive but she never wanted a discount in exchange for the review your are lying to make yourself look better. My mom said to cancel HER appointment not MINE. We are two separate people. My problem with the man had nothing to do with the lash techs work. Your employer threatened me and I actually recorded the call so stop lying. IVE TIPPED ALL THE LASH TECHS. If I really would want a discount I’d go someone cheaper but instead I always paid. Stop lying and like you guys always say you have footage so pull it up. ALSO calling someone Asian because that’s his ethnicity is not discrimination silly. That’s why I left my comment up there because I have nothing to hide. I’m Hispanic and I’m a person of color myself. Remember you guys make money because of customers! Without customers you guys are broke so I’d suggest you start treating customers better. And guess what??? Your employees ended up texting my mom again claiming that he was FIRED. So please stop lying we also have proof of that. You are lying and being discriminatory towards us now because if I was really being discriminating don’t you think I’d go somewhere else? I chose to give my money to you guys."

"I had been going to this establishment since a little while after they opened and I was quite happy with the quality of work and service, but this last time I went the lash person used hardly no glue and the lashes started falling immediately I called the same day to let them know and I never heard anything back. Now two weeks later they want me to go back for a fill. When I brought it to the owners attention as to why I’m not going back she said oh my husband forgot to tell me you called. And that I exceeded the three day call back. Don’t go there they charged me over 100 to come home and start falling out. I’m disappointed with their poor customer service. I will not go back again and suggest others to not go too."
