"I bought their services from Groupon. Finally scheduled for my appointment. The lady at the front desk redeemed my Groupon and proceeded to take me to the massage room. After the services was done, i was heading out towards my car when the lady at the reception and an elderly man called me back to come and tip. Mind you I already stepped outside and they called me back!. I was thinking probably to give a review or something but not to tip! I was so shocked. The lady was attending to some other lady at the front desk and after she was done with her, she pointed at the sign that kind of interpreted “It is permissible to tip. Tip must be CASH only.” They were both staring at me as I fumbled for my wallet. I felt harressed and I did not want to be confrontational. So I mentioned how the sign read “cash only” and I don’t have sufficient cash on me. I had only $8 which I was planning to use for church. Then the lady Shockingly said “ Oh, if you don’t have cash , card is okay.” Thieves ! This is day light robbery. My family was already waiting for me at home and I didn’t want to exchange words with them. I just gave them $5. Guess what ? They were staring at me like $5 was too small! I don’t believe in mandatory tipping. Not because I came to your establishment means I have extra money for tip. What if that was a gift? What if I’m going through financial difficulties? Why force people to tip for services they already PAID for ? I paid for your services and you are still tasking me for more ? That is not cool at all. That is stealing."

"The staff are very sweet but there is no way these are license therapist. Let's start with the beds, I felt as I Was laying on a wooden plank with a blanket on it . The ladies who did my fiancé and I massage was terrible ! I left in more pain than I came. A day later and my body aches from the abuse. I literally told my therapist multiple times she was being too rough in which she laughed it off and said "too harder" . I take blame in not getting up and leaving right away but it was valentine day and I was hoping it would get better. I found this place on Groupon and the special said $53 for 60 mins it included massage hot stone and foot scrub when we called we were told we can get a better deal for the same for $50 . No foot scrub was given when asked about it we were told that was for 90 mins . Although the foot scrub was in the room and spilled all over my fiancé shirt. We got an apology and a discount for next time. There will be no next time. I wish I came to Yelp and did not trust the Groupon reviews. Now I'm recovering from the pain so I can get a massage elsewhere. Very disappointed Also they make you pay for your service before getting it that should have been my huge red flag."
