"I went today to get a haircut. I specifically told the lady not to touch the top part of my hair just to cut the bottom. I trusted her while she was cutting my hair and let her work. Just to see she had cut way to much. She did what she wanted to do instead of listening to my request. Not professional at all. She had two buns on her hair closest to the back door. I do not recommend her. I have never been so unhappy with my hair. She ruined it!!!"

"Horrible experience. A lady ruined my baby girls hair yesterday morning. After telling her how I wanted the haircut she did it bad really bad. End up leaving my baby girl looking like a boy. Worse of all. She wasn’t even moving. The place was empty so no rush. That was supposed to be her photo shoot haircut. Now I have to wait until her hair grow a lil bit more to fix it."
