"I was a loyal customer for more than 10 years. Then I had a problem with my order. The order indicates as delivered, but I did not receive it. This was initially a USPS issue, but there is no way to file a complaint with them so I emailed eSalon. No response. I chatted eSalon. All they could do was issue a replacement (I've already purchased and used color from another company). I emailed again. No response. I called and finally reached an employee who said they couldn't issue a refund, they could only mail me a check (this is 2022, not 1992). I reminded them that I didn't receive the last thing they mailed. The person just continued to repeat that a check can be mailed. I asked for a supervisor and was told that someone could call me tomorrow. I again asked for a supervisor and was told they "just went home". Right. After almost 15 minutes on the phone, I finally lost my temper. The "customer service" agent then hung up on me. You just lost a long term customer, eSalon. How about your train and empower your employees."

"I hadn't colored my hair in over 10 years!!! I was really considering leaving it alone and just plucking the gray hairs that would randomly show up. I had heard about eSalon for a while, but still was indecisive. Finally, I decided to try it and I LOVE LOVE LOVE my customized hair color!! It is exactly what I was asking for. I was skeptical as first, but OMGeeee! It is perfect! A darker brown with a touch of mahogany. It's not drastic, but certainly gorgeous, noticeably lustrous, and it's EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED! The instructions were specifically for my hair type and were very easy to understand and follow. My hair is curly and short (to my shoulders), AND I have a lot! The one bottle they sent me was more than enough! I had a lot left over. And the price is amazing; you cannot beat that!! Thank you eSalon for my beautiful hair color! I absolutely LOVE IT!!!"

"Great place for hair color and online ordering they also have online products that you shouldn’t miss I would recommend also for first time here check out Groupon you can’t go wrong !!!! At the new launch party we do hear from the stylists and the die hard colorists that the industry is changing and getting the word out is fine but I would recommend getting involved with fashion and music shows where the stars are going to you for their nature color products made especially for them and that’s what makes them feel special and you are special !! Just a thought!"

"The whole experience was great! Learned a good deal too. Have attempted to color my hair a handful of times on my own with less than satisfactory results. But after having met with Nicole, my wonderfully knowledgeable and patient eSalon colorist, I learned how many mistakes I was making! Nicole also helped me discover a new shade of brown with honey apricot tones I never knew I could pull off. Can't wait to give it a go soon as my color kit arrives! Thank you so much Nicole!
