"I’ve used Wen on and off for years and never put 2 & 2 together that my hair was weak and brittle and shedding like crazy until I finally tried it again 2 days ago and low and behold, I have a handful of shedding!!! Run!!! Do not buy any of these products. I have the entire kit in Almond and am Trashing it Today!!! If you want to end up bald, keep using this product!"

I was starting Fresh with my Hair from Damage & Wen I believe tremendously helped grow my Hair back w/o all the Sulfates I personally Loved the Product. For the Record I'm an African American Woman. "VERY SHADY BUSINESS!! Beware!! I called to cancel my subscription over a year ago. Over the course of our phone conversation the customer service agent asked me not once but at least 6 different times if I still wanted to continue my subscription, forcing me to begin the entire conversation all over again and explain that yes I still wanted to cancel my subscription and have not changed my mind since the last time she asked me. At the end of our conversation I was confident that indeed my subscription had been canceled and I would no longer receive any more products or be billed as I request, several times in my phone conversation. But apparently that was not enough effort on my part to actually cancel with your company. I have subsequently continued to refuse my shipments, and have sent back all of the products at my expense as well as try to email with my request to cancel, however even these attempts have been ignored. I had to cancel my credit card due to an unrelated incident and even this did not deter you from somehow managing to charge my new credit card (that I never authorized) for my subscription amount even after I cancelled via phone. I am extremely frustrated and will be seeking legal action for illegally accessing my credit card with recurring charges for products that have been returned and never credited. I do not ever want to see another WEN product again!"
