"I recently started going here and the service doesn't even deserve 1 star. I had an appointment at 12:00 pm and I showed up 5 minutes early. They kept me there until 1:40 pm. I just sat there for an hour and a half and they were serving other people during that time. They have no punctuality at all. One dentist works in 8 rooms. After treating the rest of my teeth, I will never come here again."

"My experience with Planet Dental was nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that their priorities were misplaced and their service subpar. I had to wait for over half an hour past my scheduled appointment time before I started getting assisted. No apologies were offered and no regards for their patients' time. When I got on the dentist's chair. The dentist barely acknowledging my concerns or explaining what was being done. It felt impersonal and dismissive, as if my dental health wasn't a priority. Moreover, despite having my insurance, I was shocked to find out that they’re not honoring the specific service that I needed even though it shows that its covered and in fact they had a phone call with my insurance agent. After a couple of back-and-forth calls, they decided to accept the service and insurance will cover it. Why does the conversation have to be that long if they will agree in the end. That’s awful. The overall atmosphere was unwelcoming and unprofessional. The staff seemed more interested in other things than providing quality care. It's clear that patient comfort and satisfaction are not their top concerns. In conclusion, steer clear of Planet Dental if you value your time, money, and overall dental health. Their service, lack of follow-up, insurance issues, and indifferent attitude make them a clinic to avoid at all costs."

"I am writing this review about the experience that my son and I had at Planet Dental. To be specific, our experience with Dr. Domenech and her staff was amazing! First, it was super easy to get an appointment there and we didn’t wait long when we arrived. Karina took my son’s x-rays and was so kind towards him. She took her time with my son who was very scared and nervous. When it came time for his treatment, Dr. Domenech and her assistant Rosie were very warm and gentle towards my son. They spent time easing his nerves by asking him about his interests, and made him feel very important, comfortable, and cared for. They made sure to tell him how brave he was and constantly reassured him. He was very happy at the end of his appointment. As for my personal experience, I am someone who deals with major anxiety around, going to the dentist due to past experiences at another location. I came in and was very nervous as well. However, that changed as soon as the process started with my x-rays. The assistant Liz took her time with me and didn’t make me feel dumb whenever I made a mistake in positioning. She went above and beyond with my cleaning and made me feel so much more confident afterwards. Overall, I would definitely recommend this dental office to anyone who is considering going there.
