"If it was possible for me to rate with 0 stars I would definitely do it. Sad so sad when Professionals that are in this field treat patient the way I was treat this morning by the office secretary Carla. On Friday I sent all my X-ray and information by e-mail to the office after I scheduled an appointment for consultation. Later, I also stopped in the office to drop off my CT and filled up information. While I was there I explained them that I was in a bike accident and I also would like to check with the doctor if he will be willing to work with my lawyer, if not it is fine too, I will take responsibility. This morning 8:40 I received a call from Carla telling me she meed to cancel my appointment because the doctor doesn't want to get involve... I asked what do you mean? She said he can't work with the Lawyer. I said that's fine he doesn't need to work with my lawyer. And she repeat her self, no he doesn't want to get involve, I said no worries he doesn't need to I will take care of this, he doesn't needs to talk to my lawyer if he doesn't work with lawyers... I will Pay him. Carla: No he doesn't want to get involved, I need to cancel the appointment. I guess I'm not a good fit to their clinic... If you know what I mean. Thank you Carla. Thank you Dr. Chew. I will take it as a blessing..."
