"Doesn’t answer their phone, whatsoever. Delivered 3 packages to wrong mailbox. Update Edit: I persistently called back to back for almost an hour and someone finally picked up. They had just sent me an email about the same time. Packages weren’t actually delivered yet, had early delivery scan date due to; “ the nation was experiencing a software update, but the update failed and crashed. Once the issue was realized, instruction came from Washington D.C., every office in the nation had to have their carriers scan every package in the parking lot of their offices. Millions of packages have received a delivery scan before actual delivery and your package is on the truck for delivery today on 06/24/22.” copy pasted from the email. Added 1 more star for answering the phone eventually. However even though this issue was not their fault, there was no update regarding the issue. This left me with nothing but stress for several hours, complicated communication with USPS customer service and missing hours at work over this issue that wasn’t even an issue. All could’ve easily been avoided with that quick email update. Unsure if the issue they experienced prevented them from the email going out. Absolute disaster."

"Came to pick up a package that I wasn’t there to sign for a day or two prior, the man at the window was super nice and helpful. I was kinda nervous cause of preexisting reviews but I had a good experience :)"

"I just needed to drop off a pre-labeled package that was too big to fit inside of a dropbox. The place was very basic-- just some rows of mail pickup boxes. There was a person behind a door who was helping a few others collect packages. I don't even think they had a computer system to process anything like weighing packages, printing labels, etc (but don't quote me on that). This is definitely not a full service post office, but it fulfilled my need of just having to drop off a package. There is also no self service kiosk for stamps or anything either."

"This is mainly a distribution center and not a full-service post office(you can’t buy stamps or other postal services). There is no counter person. You ring a bell to summon someone but it is only to handle package pickup and drop off. Its a good location to drop off mail since they have convenient drive-up drop off boxes outside."

"Customer service is so-so. Have made plenty of complaints about our mail being put in the wrong mailbox and packages delivered only to find that key is missing and placed in someone else's box. Have called corporate and this location as well as gone in. It helps for a couple months then all of a sudden we have other people's mail again and no way to get packages when I have no idea which neighbor's box they put the key in."
