Our team is composed of full-time, part-time, and volunteer firefighters, all working 48-hour shifts to ensure around-the-clock readiness and rapid response.

Many of our current staff members began their careers as volunteers with Rancho Adobe, exemplifying our commitment to fostering growth and dedication within the firefighting community.
