"This is a nice beach but needs maintenance. The toilets are being repaired but are still open from the top side entrance. The stair to the beach has a 3 ft drop at the bottom between bottom tread and sand due to recent sand erosion."

"You better go to the pier instead. This place was good until earlier this year, but anymore. It was not that popular place, and maybe that is the reason for a cheap parking fee(less than $5). However, the parking fee increased to $20, and all the rest areas are all permanently closed without maintenance (no restroom, no wash place). I don't think I will visit this place anymore."

"Went on a packed day, some review said you can bring dogs, when I got there it said no dogs on some kinda fair days. I felt weird, no other dogs were around. Also you have to download the Yodel App to pay for parking or drive far to pay for parking that might not be there when you get there. On the app parking was only $7.45 on a Saturday afternoon for 1 hr. An all day parking pass was like $15.75. The pavilion was under construction but bathrooms were ok. Has showers and other areas to explore besides just the beach."

"Beautiful Beach. Short walk from parking down rickety slippery steps. Be very careful, use handrail. Staircase needs to be updated. Very hard to traverse if you pack heavy for a beach day."
