"I’m a good customer both for gas and car washes. Brought two of my cars in today for the upgraded wash, didn’t even use the vacuums for one of the vehicles. They have a strict policy for 5 min vacuum even if there are no other cars waiting and turned the vacuums off on me and another customer. Very rude and ruined my day honestly - don’t recommend supporting somewhere with such poor customer service. It’s a shame because it’s so convenient. The employee with long hair who dries is great, always kind but the other very difficult."

"This place has terrible customer service. Paid for a car wash, (had to pay extra for the vacuums too when EVERYWHERE ELSE vacuums are included) and got 5 minutes into vacuuming before they shut them off manually because of the “limit” they set. No remorse. For all those wondering, 5 minutes is nowhere NEAR long enough to effectively vacuum a car. Went back in to ask them to turn it back on and asked if I could read… Why have a service if it’s (or the employees) are not very serviceable. Don’t waste your time with this ineffective system they have created."

"After the remodeling this place is absolutely amazing very clean and this is the last gas station before the stretch between San Clemente and Oceanside I would highly recommend it to stop there to fill up get some refreshment and use the restroom it has a car wash Great selection of coffee pizza that’s cooked fresh daily I stop by just about every day either refreshments or gas people working there are very friendly and they will help you as much as they can they also got diesel"
