"They did a great job on the car wash. There is a nice lounge with food and drinks if you want to go inside. The gas prices were low as well."
"The washes are pretty quick, with no cleaning inside other than a very quick wipe down. The outside misses a lot of detail more of a visual wash than cleaning of the car. Costco car wash just as good"
"Up charge for everything. Watch closely to your bill. This time they charged an oversized fee for a 2-door vehicle. Not the first time I’ve had to have them correct my bill"
"I was disinvited from continuing to be a patron by the attendant, working the lineup of cars today. It was approximately 1 PM on a Sunday when I pulled up there were two other cars ahead of me... there was the primary attendant. I don't know his name and a secondary attendant with him greeting a handicapped driver in a white car in lane number one there was a second young man/patron in line number two. I was in lane number three furthest from the building, I parked and stood outside of my car and waited for an acknowledgment from the attendant as I was only there to get gas and I know that they have to turn the pump on before I can so I waited for what ultimately turned out to be close to two minutes watching the attendance finish with the first car. He turned without looking to me and went to his workstation and began processing the order of car number one - the driver card number 2 proceeded inside to pay , I continue to wait for approximately two more minutes before I moved and reposition myself so that the primary attendant could see me at the rear of my vehicle. I waited for two more minutes and he did not look up from the work there, so I finally approached him and said, " can you please turn the pump on ?" His reply was something along the lines of 'I am busy helping the customer who is here before you.' At this point, I lent him my opinion that a simple acknowledgment would have helped or that he could have turn the pump on before going back to his workstation to process order number one and he then decided to spend the next 2 to 3 minutes arguing with me over his processes for customer service at which point I had to object that I could've had the tank halfway full of gas if he had simply come over and turn the pump on .his next comment caught me completely offguard "perhaps you should go and buy your gas elsewhere ?" at this point I congratulated on him -sarcastically- (as he had exhausted my patience) on becoming the owner and having the right to make such a statement to me. it was at this point that a supervisor appeared. I had gone back to the pump to put gas in my car and I overheard them speaking in Spanish and I decided I should go over and tell my version of the story in English, which I did, when I asked the supervisor for the name of the owner so that I could relay my thoughts on my customer experience at his establishment, I was denied the information. So there you go I guess they're running a little racket whereby they are doing whatever they please and keeping the owner insulated from customer feedback. I went one step further, and asked the supervisor to speak privately for a moment, asking him if he recollected seeing me as I have been a customer of this establishment for more than five years on a regular basis, he said that he did. I asked him have I ever been disrespectful to you as a customer here? he said that I had not, and still denied me access to the owner to relay my comments, instead of telling me that he would speak to the first attendant . Bottom line: I guess there is an additional price to pay for the cheapest gas around and that is with your time and your patience."
"Just wanted there, paid 115 for full body wash plus interior, they did a decent job with the body and interior but I noticed the wheels are still dirty and in the back they still left some crumbles and pieces even though they vacuumed it."
