"Uptown, public parking… I am torn between a four and a three star rating. On the one hand, the parking is free and very convenient to the main strip. On the other hand there’s always a slightly unhinged person wandering aimlessly. It is a bit cramps, and they would not relish coming here in a large vehicle. The elevator has been out of service for years, so keep that in mind, in terms of accessibility."
