"Last time I went there on 5/25/19, I went to wash my car in the high pressure car wash slot. I did all the works on it using their machines which are pretty good. However, this company's machines have now become a danger to one's wallet as they charge 100% additional to what you pay which is set to continue to the nearest dollar. I spent 10 dollars total after the machine didn't stop after pressing the button to stop all charges on my card. Once verifying it stopped after knocking on the customer service door for 2 minutes to no avail, I left home knowing I only spent 10 dollars there. Now, I see their system charged my card 20 dollars for a 10 dollar wash. Ladies and gentlemen, don't purchase any service there. The owner is never present to assist. Will not have my business here again. I'm calling my banker to rectify their accounting error. Thank you for your time Best West Car Wash Inc. It was good until you guys failed me. Bad business is not my business. 4/27/23 I decided to give them another chance but I had only cash. I am not swiping my card here at all after the previous incident. So I went to wash my car today and changed a $20 for quarters. However, they give you $15 worth of carwash tokens and $5 in quarters. Nothing wrong there. I tried the tokens and worked fine so so far so good. However, 5 minutes for $4! I ended paying more than before. I used to wash with $5 now with $15. I am not going there again. I'll take my business to Costco to wash my car for only $8. Or get my membership back at Fast5 Express for $20 a month for unlimited washes. Those are better deals. Sorry but money is tight. Save yourself money and search out those deals. Do your homework people. Make every penny you work for count. Money isn't cheap to earn."

"Great place to wash a car at anytime but there is a problem. Visited this place at almost midnight and change machine took $5.00 without giving any quarters. Put another $1.00 and it gave me 1 quarter. The indicator light on change machine was off indicating that is in working order. $5.75 loss for me is no big deal but imagine 5 customers or even 10 customers using the machine losing a full $5.00 and getting 25 cents back from the dollar they put in. I left a note and placed it in the mail box indicating the loss, took a picture for proof but never got a response. Again, great place to wash but do take your own change."

"Great prices especially after 9pm! Clean facility and vacuum equipment works most of the time. If you have a small car come after 9pm and you might wash vacuum and odorize your car for under 5 dollars. It really is a great place to save especially if one cant wash own cars at home, scent trees for 1$, and even microfiber cloths for about 2!"
