"Really bad service the 2 female employees were very rude didn’t explain anything then kicked me out threatened to call the cops what crime did I commit????? Wanting to wash my car that’s it said to leave and they can’t give me my money back therefore they committed a crime for keeping my money at the end I didn’t leave she said I could give u a cheaper car wash or give you $10 back I thought she couldn’t refund had to settle for a cheaper car wash she said that I was arguing with my husband and went in a bad mood lol I don’t argue with my husband they were yelling at us then they didn’t want to give me the customer complaint phone number and said the manager doesn’t have a schedule so the place operates with rude employees and no supervision or management present I don’t know but I want the remaining amount of my money back not because I need it just because I work hard for my money and they treated me poorly I was shaking upset I will hunt until I speak to someone don’t go there if you do prepare to be treated rudely to the owner or management about time you look into this please you have a lot of bad reviews of your rude female employees the 2 young girls this is unbelievable please do something about this"

"Used to have this membership but I stopped it they were charging me full amount every month for the top tier wash... and some part of the machine was always broken when I try to ask for a refund or a discount they cancel my membership. I rather take my truck to wash somewhere else... they try to give me an email for complaints and concerns and the email didn't even exist it would bounce back this car wash seems kind of shady..I would not go back..... but if you're okay with a $6 wash it's all good."

"This morning I was in line waiting to be my turn, but the machine was not detect my license plate, instead of open the arm let me go Tru they passed others, last week also my car was full of soap at the rear 3 times happen already, the girl Areli instead to be polite she was very rude, I know she very young and She doesn't understand the business, so I canceled my two cars monthly pass."

"I was here on a Saturday, last Saturday to be exact and the car wash broke down. I was stuck at the machine after I paid for over an hour. It took for people to get off their cars and honk their horns in order to get the young ladies who work here to walk around to the 15 plus cars and give some sort of explainaton. After being stuck we were able to exit using the pathway closest to their office and vending machine, the employee had the 5-7 cars park and said she would refund us she came and took pictures of everyone's license plates and went into their office area after waiting another 20 minutes I walked into the office area and asked her to explain her procedure on a refund. They kind of just left everyone waiting in the parking area. After several attempts to reach out via message, the carwash has failed with a solution. I will be contacting my bank for a charge back, the principle is the issue. They could have easily arranged for the cars to come back on a later date to get their washes if they did not plan on giving us our money back. It's no way to conduct business. I will definitely not be back here again."

"The management is a joke. I complained and told a staff member that the microfiber towel at the end of the car wash broke my wiper. They told me that a manger will give me a call and he/she never did. I would not recommend this car wash at anyone."
