"I had been coming to this place because I like how the drive-through leaves your car, the drying power, and the vacuum work great… But on November 9, after the employee (didn’t even bother getting his name) who drives this Equinox was rude to us: I’ll be finding a new car wash place. We were waiting around the drive-through exit, as all the vacuum stalls were occupied: the man drives up behind us, gets off his car starts yelling at us, and tapping on our window to move out of way, and TO PARK IN THE HANDICAP STALL (which we’re not handicapped). He starts mumbling in English that it doesn’t matter the Handicap stalls are for EVERYONE TO USE!!! and we refused to move . . . He squeezed past us and proceeded to not only park in the handicap area, in the NO PARKING ZONE - And if that wasn’t enough the man wasn’t even on the clock!?!?! Just recently they raised their prices: How do you expect for us to continue giving you our business with POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE THAT.."
