"If you’re going to use your Ralph’s/Food 4 Less rewards, pay at the pump with your cards instead of paying cash inside. My purchase was supposed to have .50¢ off/gallon & after I asked the cashier if it went through, he confirmed but at the pump the number never changed and he provided no solutions for me. The cashier also looked distracted on the phone with a different matter, during my transaction and when I went back to ask what happened. The picture below is of the receipt of when I went and paid. The Arco two blocks over is $.30 cheaper, if I knew it wasn’t going to save money at the Shell I would’ve just done Arco. Additionally, not all the gas pumps were working, but the inside looked clean."

"The owner of the place it’s very rude towards people in the area which it’s mostly Hispanic and African American , please avoid the place , drive to Figueroa or to Vermont gas it’s cheaper .. avoid this place at all costs ."

"This location stole $20, charged my debit and because it took me 6 minutes to go to the pump the transaction automatically canceled. They said I would get the $20 back but never did. Asked to speak to manager in 3 different occasions and manager was never in, speaking to employees was like talking to the wall."

"Gas station had ZERO squeegees available which is the main reason why I stopped by, plus inside there is a 7-11 and the pastries and bakery food inside was almost all EXPIRED! I told the guy there and all he did was cop a serious attitude and act as if me telling him his stuff was expired was the wrong thing to do....he actually had the nerve to say back to me, "are you going to buy anything" instead of thanking me for letting him know his stuff was wayyy past expiration date.....ONE THING LITERALLY WAS EXPIRED FROM February 1st, 2022!!!! Honestly that is disgusting and the employees are also serious as*holes! They'll be hearing about this from the higher above most definitely......"
