"Came in on December 1, 2023 at 6pm the little man working the cash register was exceedingly rude to me and made me feel uncomfortable. I recently had a miscarriage and wanted to purchase my drink in peace, but he was asking me a bunch of rude questions and harrassed me. Stared at me asking me rude questions. Don’t come here"
"Just happened a few minutes ago… Horrible customer service and very rude lady at the cash register. I attempted to redeem a scratcher prize (breakfast croissant). The lady didn’t redeem after I she scanned bar code on mobile phone. She attempted to charge me for the croissant, I asked if she is charging me for the croissant? The employee stated “it’s not free”, I told the employee I don’t want the croissant. Lady stated “if it’s not free you don’t eat”? “Are you not hungry? Since it’s not free you won’t eat.” I was offended with her choice of words that were completely unnecessary for any customer. In my opinion, this rude lady should not interacting with customers. I wish her the best and hope she gets customer service training asap. I will never return to this location. I will drive down the street for better service."
"I usually like the ampm Arco. But this one is very run down not well kept up. I had an encounter with the manager lady. She thought I was trying to steal a Big Gulp LOL. Then she started cussing me out in Spanish. Screaming as if I was robbing the place. Would not recommend going there a lot of miscellaneous people hanging around too."
"Rude employees very very rude I dislike this ampm it’s always the bad customer service.. all these people need better training!!!!!! It’s not the first time that I have a bad experience but it just me trying to give a second chance that they don’t deserve because the attitude doesn’t change .. I don’t recommend This ampm just go a pay a couple cents more to 76 gas station better it’s just across the street ."
"Fantastic fast stop! So look cool...it's always crowded! The most refreshing "fountain" drinks anywhere. My friend "invented " this concoction of different flavors...(we drive miles to get here...because it just doesn't taste the same anywhere else)! Price? $.99!!! Full...rack after rack of everything a large am/pm mini-store would stock. Gooood Hot Dogs! On my top 10...Late Night Stops."
