Then they also did not have a shuttle for us, even though the website stated they did. Even the instructions to FIND the parking lot was complicated. Overall a bad experience and would not do again"

"Never again! Would have given no stars if that was an option. When we finally arrived at this difficult to locate parking garage, the staff person was discourteous and unhelpful. After waiting 40-45 minutes, my son had to call an Uber to get to the terminal. While the car was parked there for ten days, we received notifications on our vehicle app, that the car doors were being opened. This was unsettling. When my son got back to LAX, he waited over an hour for the shuttle. In a nutshell: shady, inefficient and void of customer service."

"I made a reservation and kept my car here for 5 days, total for the 5 days being $68.05. The airline cancelled my flight 2 days in a row. I called VIP to extend my reservation both days my flights were cancelled. They said, it wasn't a big deal I would just be responsible for the additional when I picked up my car. They did not state it would be at a premium rate of over $25/day. The additional cost for 2 days was $56.24, nearly as much as the cost for 5 days. I had arrived late at night and just wanted to get home so I paid. When I called the next day, they were less than willing to help or refund the difference. Just putting this out here for others in the event you have to extend your reservation..."

"I had a truly unpleasant experience at VIP Parking recently. The few bucks saved are absolutely not worth the frustration of dealing with their disrespectful and grumpy employees. From the moment I arrived, I was met with attitude and indifference. Not only that, but the parking conditions left much to be desired. It’s disheartening to leave your car in such a poorly managed facility. Save yourself the hassle and find another parking option."
