"Nicole picked me up and I know she could have waited 5 min to be relieved(because it was the end of her shift) Why take me? It was Sunday afternoon end of shift, her relief was in sight. She was so upbeat and seemed Truly happy to do the run. I was so glad she did! I got to term 5 and there was no TSA line AT ALL. At first I thought it was a problem... Nope just impeccable timing! THANK YOU NICOLE! Is your middle name Joy?"

"Got lucky finding a Groupon here after forgetting to book my parking in advance for a trip. 10/10 would recommend. Staff was great. Had an early morning flight out of LAX, arrived at 5am, immediately checked in my keys and a shuttle was ready to take me to my gate. Driver was kind and friendly. Very late flight back into LAX, tons of flight delays for everyone. I landed around midnight and called Fox to let them know I landed/confirm I was waiting at the proper pick up location. Maybe a 10 minute wait for the shuttle, which was full after I got on. They were very busy but remained very helpful and kind. Picking up my vehicle was also a breeze. With Groupon, after 11 days it was around $130-$140. I also recommend keeping some cash on you to tip the shuttle drivers. They work really hard!"

"Price was good. Customer service at front desk was lacking upon arrival. Driver had no urgency. When we returned to LAX, I enjoyed the feature to request shuttle. Took 20 minutes which wasn't too bad, but then we had to hang out in the shuttle until they dropped everyone off, so it took us 47 minutes from time requested until we got to Fox. The driver was awesome and I know he was following protocol, but took way too long. When we arrived back at Fox, the customer service was even worse. Very disgruntled employee who didnt greet us for 5 minutes. Then told us to wait outside for our car. We waited 10 more minutes and he asks us "is there something you're waiting for?" We said, yes we are still waiting for our car. He came back a few minutes later and the car was in the front the whole time. Price is good but service was bad."

"Have used Fox Auto parks multiple times over the years at LAX location. Never had any issues. Lowest prices I've found. Frequently get discounts/promos via e-mail. Usually get shuttle 5-20 minutes. Recently had very sweet driver Nicole who let us know about the new pick up point at departures vs arrivals - much less crowded."

"MAMA PAJAMA!!! RAY WAS FIT TO BE TIED! HE WAS SO MAD, HE COULD’VE KICKED DOWN A BARN DOOR!!! (I love that about Ray! He’s such manly man! It also makes me a little scared! Deliciously scared!) Well, Fox Parking is the worst customer service and price changed for no apparent reason! Initially were going to be paying $50, then when we went to pick up car Ray charged $90!!! We waited 2 hours and 15 minutes, for shuttle to pick us up at LAX. We were told on Fox's recording where to wait for shuttle and that it would be rolling by every 10-15 minutes. Shuttle came by and when we got on the shuttle, driver said, "shuttle was for Fox Car Rental". We got off shuttle and then waited for 2 hours for a "Fox Parking Shuttle". The original driver kept passing by every ten minutes without picking up passengers. I finally Ray waved down that foo, and asked him again, if it was also the shuttle for parking lot. Turns out, it was Fox Parking and Car Rental Shuttle, also! Maybe driver was initially April Fooling Us?!?! If that were the case, the driver got us really good!!! It was April Fools Day! Long Story short... DO NOT USE FOX PARKING!!!"
