"The Parking Spot Century Blvd location is the only place I use now when I need to park at LAX. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The location is pretty close to the airport so you can park and get to your terminal quickly. I really like the valet service and the option of getting your car washed. When you are ready to get your car after your flight, the shuttle bus driver will call the valet to have your car ready as soon as the shuttle arrives. The valet will also help you load your luggage. Highly recommended."

"Horrendous customer service. Yvonne (not 100% sure on her name) needs to work on her people skills. We dropped off our car and she refused to drive us to the airport. The manager was no better. Both said we had to walk to the airport or find another way. Someone needs to talk to them. Very rude and now I won’t be ever using them again. Too bad because it was a great location and very convenient."

"I have tried so many other parking spots by LAX -- and I have to say -- overall -- The Parking Spot is my favorite. There are always financial deals too! Their location is great and safe. Most of all, for me, their shuttles run ALL THE TIME, so when I get back to L.A., I never have to wait long to get picked up. I love everything about The Parking Spot -- thank you guys!"

"Easy and very efficient with the scanner upon arrival. Also, the vans run quite often so there’s little waiting. Your van drivers all are extremely polite and courteous. They help everyone with bags. I always tip them $5 and I wish everyone did as they really do an outstanding service. Lastly, the ice cold water bottles upon exiting are a nice treat after a long day of international travel."

"In all my years I have never received terrible service, the driver was disrespectful and just rude. I came on the wrong bus and he would not help get on the other one instead he said “you can stay on, but I do not know how you will get back” after I asked employees where can I go to get food since my flight is at 9. I’m just disappointed in this company. I walked to the airport instead of taking this bus. Ended up getting picked, by someone else. I’m very disappointed in the service I received"
