"Do not patronize this company. They rip me off $119.00. They do not have direct contact number, intentionally. I attempted to cancel parking on their website, sent them 5 emails regarding being double charged for same parking period, no one responded back. They also deleted the reservation under my email address from their end, email disappeared."

"First it says $4 a day (which I knew it's a lie), then at the website it went up to $10 per day (so more than double), and after selecting the $10/day offer for 3 days (10 x 3 = 30, right? Plus big fees maybe $40) well, the total cost was $140. So $10/day equals $140 and their math equals this review and equals that I will never use their service. For that amount of money I'll rent a limo with a bottle of champagne to go to the airport. Not to mention the horrible reviews from people who actually used this."
"Absolute thieves. I reserved then canceled. They make you pick a time but fail to tell you that the time you pick is a contract you are entering. I arrived to find it was not what was advertised. I emailed two minutes passed the time and explained what they advertised is not what is there. The front desk confirmed they have this constant issue with them. It says shuttle provided but this location did not provide a shuttle. It was explained due to being two minutes past the time selected they would not refund. This is not on there website anywhere. Instead the website tells you that you can easily cancel and does not say must be canceled by the time you selected. Shuttle is advertised as provided but they will come back and tell you they don’t provide the shuttle. Tracking them down to speak to a real person is impossible until you dispute the purchase then you should see the emails they send. Absolutely do not address the fact that you trust what they advertise and you have to physically show up to see what they advertise is false. Avoid!"
"Paid a deposit, showed up, and found that the hotel did not honor the spot, and that the hotel had informed Cheap airport parking. That was in March. Still sending them an email a week, still getting the run around on getting my deposit back."
