"Franchise location Service quality very poor"

"Very rude clerk would not allow me to enter my phone number to use my rewards account. Claimed this station did not do that so I told her I would just go elsewhere and make sure I never returned to that station. AVOID this Chevron station if you are part of their rewards program."

"came here at 2:37AM on 4/2/24, straight from the airport and you have to go to the window to ask for what you want, well the female working in there is on the phone, looking dead at me thru the window and DID NOT SERVE ME. 0 stars if i could!"

"I just visited this store on Tuesday July 26 at about 7:30 p.m. finished my transaction I asked them for my receipt because it seemed a little high. After getting back to my car and reviewing it it showed that they had double charged me on two products. For about $7 when I came back to tell them this they pretty much told me they couldn't give me a refund and that I could grab more merchandise for compensation. When I said I wasn't interested in doing that they said that there was no other way for me to get my money back. A customer in line chimed in and said that all you have to do is give him cash back and the manager or what seeming looked like the manager told the customer to shut up. After I finally got my $7 back I was followed out of the store by the manager while he was still berating me about how I need to understand them stealing my money. All in all it seemed very shady and seems like it was intentional"
