"Parked my car with their valet team yesterday. One of their crooked employees stole my bottle of cologne that was in the car. I need this solved immediately."
"They list that shuttles run every half hour. I arrived at 6:27pm and had to call at 8pm to ask if their shuttles were running. They said no and that they would text when they arrive. Time is money and they waste both your time and money. If you want to be cheap then park here but expect to get what you pay for"
"DO NOT PARK HERE IF YOU ARE FLYING IN OR OUT AFTER 11:30pm. You’ll have no way to get to LAX. They don’t have any shuttle service until 4am. I’m wish I would have just paid the extra money to park at LAX. I ended up spending more money to park here."
"Scam company. Do not park with them. This particular lot closes at 7pm (there is no signage and the attendant did not alert me to this fact). My car was locked in overnight when I returned to it from work. I spent close to 3hrs calling the company and being promised someone would be calling me back and coming to let me out. That was a complete LIE. I called 7times over 2+ hours. Finally ubered home. I picked up my car this morning after being forced to pay an ‘overnight parking’ charge of $40. It is now clear to me they will lie about someone coming (they have lots all over and staff are able to pop over) and have the attendants ignore the call out so they can charge for ‘overnight parking’."
